Bladefinity (bladefinity.com) is an informational platform for the inline skating community. We index product listings, skating spots, and city maps to help skaters discover gear and places to skate. We are based in Spain and this policy is written in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish data protection law.
For data-related enquiries, contact us at: [email protected]
When you submit feedback through the site (for example, to report inaccurate spot information or suggest a product), we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your submission and improve the accuracy of our listings.
When you follow a short link, we record the date and a count of clicks for that link. No personal identifiers are stored against individual clicks.
Our web server automatically records your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are used only for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing technical issues. They are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Bladefinity does not place tracking cookies, run advertising networks, or sell visitor data to any third party. Public visitors browse the site without creating an account and without being tracked across sessions.
Map tiles: Interactive maps load map tile images from a third-party map provider. Your browser makes requests to their servers to load those tiles. Their privacy policy governs that data.
External shop links: Product listings link to third-party online stores. Bladefinity has no control over the data practices of those stores once you navigate away from our site.
Feedback submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
